GIMIAS |
Graphical Interface for Medical Image Analysis and Simulation |
GIMIAS is a workflow-oriented environment for advanced biomedical image computing and physiological modelling. It is an open source software framework designed for the efficient development clinical prototypes. This facilitates the transfer of technology to clinical research settings and to industry. GIMIAS integrates tools from medical imaging, computational modelling and computer graphics. Typical applications of GIMIAS are in the field of multi-modal image visualization and processing, personalised model creation, physiological modelling and simulation post-processing. |
